GKPA has been set up to help kidney patients. 

We  receive funds from a number of different initiatives developed by  members and from others seeking to support us by making donations. 

GKPA is a registered charity (No 900181) and therefore to maximise your generous contribution we can claim Gift Aid.

No matter how small, all contributions to our association are welcomed and you do not need to be a member to help. 

Should you wish to make a donation to GKPA there’s a number of ways to do so:- 

Donation by Cheque
Simply  fill in the ‘Donation by Cheque’ form below.  Post the cheque to our  contact address, remembering to include your contact details so that we  can match your cheque to your donation form.
(Don’t forget to ‘X’ the Gift Aid box if you are ok for us to receive it)
